Gaudy Resilience

on arid land
a pea creeps
quite demurely
then sudden
gaudy red resilience
explodes

  1. I apologise in advance for this response, Marsha, but, except for the green, I see no man’s land. This must be the effects of Remembrance Sunday… but it is a special picture nonetheless, M.

  2. RED ORE

    Black under red
    Like the night in velvet
    Lace for the journey
    Scrolls for the spells

    Where’s the purple haze
    Among those anthrax clouds
    Which are crossing the undersea
    In reverse mode

    Fly to the rainbow
Says the bird to the flame
    Follow the silver
    The gold’s always been there
